This photo was taken of my Wife Karen when she was 33 weeks pregnant with our first child Isaac. B&W gave it a nice finish. A pregnant woman is beautiful and glowing and I wanted to capture that moment so she could keep and remember it forever.

This shot was taken in Inverloch. About a 3 hour drive from Melbourne’s CBD. I was on a fishing trip with, I must say, some hardcore fishermen. They fished well past the wee hours of the morning and knowing that this might have been the case I decided to take my camera with me. Unaware of the beautiful view I was about to witness, I was surprised at the perfect position I was given to get this awe inspiring shot.
